Cancellation Policy
At McDonald Psychology Services, we value your time and our ability to serve all clients effectively. To ensure smooth scheduling, please review our policy: 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-Show Fee: If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel within 24 hours, a fee will be charged. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. Emergency Exceptions: If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
