This consultation service provides thoughtful recommendations to help clarify concerns, review existing reports or diagnoses, coordinate care between professionals, and develop a practical plan moving forward. Whether you are unsure about next steps or navigating a complex medical, developmental, or mental health journey, consultations are designed to provide clarity, direction, and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
At McDonald Psychology Services, we value your time and our ability to serve all clients effectively. To ensure smooth scheduling, please review our policy: 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-Show Fee: If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel within 24 hours, a fee will be charged. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. Emergency Exceptions: If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
